"Behind Every Great Design is an Even Greater Story"
Some words on my new beautiful pocket square from @soldiser, a new interesting Swedish niche player with a brand devoted to high quality silk accessories honoring Norse mythology.
In ancient Scandinavia, the patterns on fabric often carried a symbolic meaning or told a story, just as each Soldiser design does today, where each design is bursting with elements of symbolic significance.
Each product from Soldiser's collection has its own unique story, dedicated to one or more of the Norse divinities.
The story behind the Freya & Frey pocket square is based on the poem Hyndluljóð sited in the Poetic Edda.
Actually, the full Freya & Frey story is enclosed separately with the pocket square.
Ok, so what about the actual pocket square?
First of all, the motif, in addition to telling an interesting story, is beautiful and in a well balanced color palette.
It is made in Italy in 100% silk, with hand rolled hems. The print is of good quality and the size is 45*45 cm, which allows you to reveal or hide as much as toy prefer of the interesting pattern and also vary the impression depending on how you fold it. As mentioned, a printed card with the full Freya & Frey story is enclosed in the pocket square box.
Each design is made in a limited number, so make sure to grab yours while they last.
