Even though we arrived a little late, Natsumi was still able to get the #smokedsalmon dish she'd been eyeing, which turned out to be scrumptious! Mizuki got the crepe that Natsumi got last time (by far the most photogenic dish of the three), while I got my usual #truffleburger, coming with its usual side of soup. Despite their varying levels of photo attractiveness, all of our dishes turned out great! Gooey egg yolks are so simple, yet so tasty. Topped wth tarragon and green onion. Set onto Millet Chia toast from @udisglutenfree. Tip: if you don't have white vinegar, use apple cider vinegar. It works just the same to poach the egg! . . .
