I NEVER miss a Monday workout, but I listened to my body and took the day off. Sunday's race took a toll on me and I definitely needed to rest, foam roll and stretch! To get back into the swing of things, (yes, I'm still sore) I decided on P90X Yoga! It was a 90 minute session that my body totally needed! Yoga does a body good. What do you do to get back into the swing of things after recovering from a half-marathon? 🙏 #namaste
