A love letter to the Riverworks Businesses:
. . .
After last night’s gathering of the Riverworks BID and businesses, and all the amazing people who have dedicated their time, finances, energy, and creativity to improving this area of Milwaukee, my hat is off to you all. I left the event feeling inspired and driven to be a catalyst in this crazy, creative, growing neighborhood I have called home since 2003. I am absolutely and undoubtedly and wholeheartedly blessed to have found a space at Booth and Keefe that will hopefully one day measure up to the greatness that this community represents and exudes. I believe in the people as individuals to be a positive aspect of the change we already see happening around us and the change that we still need to affect, and I believe in the community to hold hands in solidarity to create an unbreakable chain of events leading to a brighter, sustainable, local future for Milwaukee.
. . .
Bravo, Riverwest, Riverworks, and the local businesses that have struggled and survived. I am right here next to you, ready to hold hands and grow together. 🤝
