Who's feelin like me today? A day when...
You've had a longggg week and wishing it was Friday
You had a rough day at work with what felt like no time to breathe
A little animal found its way into your car last night and left little 💩 presents everywhere (only me?!)
You have too much to do before the holiday weekend
You want to do anything but workout
You want to take a rest day and convince yourself your body needs it even though you know you don't
BUT then you check in with your accountability group and see all your girls killing their workouts and know you can't let them or yourself down so you push play and get it done. Then you realize endorphins are a magical thing and this smile slowly appears in your face, funny how that works isn't it? 😃
Opted for a lower intensity workout because that's all I could muster up the energy for. But I still got my heart rate up, still broke a sweat and still got it done.
Not sure what my sanity levels would be like with these too-convenient-to-say-no-to home workouts. I mean I really have no excuse to not step on my porch for 20 minutes and just press play. Owe it to my accountability girls tonight 👊🏼
Who else feels these busy, overwhelming weeks and days that seem to go on forever?! I'm here to help you get through them the best way I'm learning how and show you it CAN be done!
