Late night workouts have been the perfect "me time" lately ☺️Today was a loooong day of traveling. I woke up after a great girls night with my friend and she helped me organize all of my winter clothes. Then I headed to my parents literally to grab ALL of my summer clothes β˜€οΈI ended up donating a whole bag of older workout and regular clothes! My Dad was nice enough to drive me back to my apartment but we sat in two hours of traffic 😦I got my workout on carrying the clothes up and down stairs, but needed more! DM + Hiit It Abs (Hence the red face)πŸ”₯Finally I'm nice and relaxed enjoying the rest of my meals and wine which will get πŸ™…πŸ»during the #tiubikiniseries ! Heyy heyy what a beautiful SoCal day we had! 🌞 The warm weather just makes everything better! Headed to the gym this afternoon and sat in the sauna for 15 minutes before my grueling core workout. I incorporated the TRX straps into my workout and my abs were not the biggest fan. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ #absonfire Who knew that burn existed! πŸ˜₯ It was a great workout. Ended with some stretching, and then came home and did a quick HIIT workout to change up the cardio routine I've been on. Keeps it interesting. Overall a great day. I'm exhausted, so it's early-ish to bed for me. Night!

Happy #sundayrunday πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈand 🍴 #mealprepsunday! Tomorrow is day one of the #tiubikiniseries! πŸ™ŒπŸ» I'm so pumped! πŸ’ͺ🏻 My #pmwo was a 5k incline walk on the treadmill. I would have preferred to run, but I'm trying to take it easy with my knee. I think @meli_tiugirl read my mind because I also decided to make a fit-spiration board above my gear! I'm sure it will fill up more as the weeks go by. My biggest quote during my journey is, "Trust the Process." Even when I don't feel it, when the scale doesn't move, when it doesn't seem like I'm doing enough, I know that consistency will bring results. It's one day at a time, doing what I know I need to do, and continuing with the process. Getting my #tiubootycall in this morning took slightly longer than normal....actually I am still in the process of getting my 5 moves in πŸ‘¦πŸ»πŸ‘ΆπŸ». Ok, my BC is turning into my #pmwo. And I might just wait til naptime. But what can I do except get it done πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ We are having quite a lot of friends over later today, giving me a bit of a time constraint, but it WILL get done. Happy weekend ladies!

Evening everyone!! We just got home from hockey, we ended up going to California Pizza Kitchen for dinner afterwards. πŸ• I ate all the carbs, and not even mad about it! πŸ˜‚ Headed to the gym this afternoon and started with 20 minutes of LISS on the LX8000 and then worked glutes. Moderate weight-supersets-4x12-15. I finished my workout with glute bridges and foam rolling in the TRX room because it was empty. Afterwards I sat in the steam room for 10 minutes. Excellent workout today! Hope you've all had a great Friday! 🌌

Today I jumped back in the fitness game with my first workout since the marathon taking TrainXStrength with my babe @zeppie034. It hurt. But I missed it so much. Ended up hanging out afterwards to practice a little mitt work with my boy Dave and @georgeforeman3 he taught me how to breath while I punch πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
