Sending love to everyone who sent me good vibes / advice for my back problems! 😘 You ladies are.the.best. And I'm a lot less worried now! I sat on a heating pad almost all day, which helped a lot. I took it easy at 🍊 (relatively speaking), then did a lot of stretching afterwards. I'm still a little sore, but feel so much better this morning! Here's a #latergram of yesterday's #PMWO. I'm swapping my #BCWO for an afternoon WO again today, since I seem to be less stiff at the end of the day. OH, and my meals yesterday were 100% #LCG, and I threw a little frose in to end the day on a high note. Hello #tiuteam πŸ’• Today was so busy, I totally forgot to check in! I thought IG deleted my photo, but I never posted it! πŸ˜…
This morning's #tiubootycall was the daily moves and a 50min walk. I took a wrong turn, so my 30min cardio session went a little longer, but that's ok! #tiugirlproblems 😢 My #pmwo was a 20min walk (ran a bit) and I also did the sunshine sculpt routine and @adrienelouise 6min hip stretch video and the Healthy Body yoga video. Then did @katrinaascott 10min ab routine πŸ™ŒπŸΌ M1: almond butter with banana on toast.
M2: a blueberry chia muffin and a PF donut πŸ˜‹
M3: peach quinoa and pecan salad
M4: yogurt with almond granola and honey (and maybe a bite of a cinnamon roll).

Who's feelin like me today? A day when...
You've had a longggg week and wishing it was Friday
You had a rough day at work with what felt like no time to breathe
A little animal found its way into your car last night and left little πŸ’© presents everywhere (only me?!)
You have too much to do before the holiday weekend
You want to do anything but workout
You want to take a rest day and convince yourself your body needs it even though you know you don't

BUT then you check in with your accountability group and see all your girls killing their workouts and know you can't let them or yourself down so you push play and get it done. Then you realize endorphins are a magical thing and this smile slowly appears in your face, funny how that works isn't it? πŸ˜ƒ

Opted for a lower intensity workout because that's all I could muster up the energy for. But I still got my heart rate up, still broke a sweat and still got it done.

Not sure what my sanity levels would be like with these too-convenient-to-say-no-to home workouts. I mean I really have no excuse to not step on my porch for 20 minutes and just press play. Owe it to my accountability girls tonight πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ
