Searching for some motivation this morning...😒😞

I had a super scary night on Tuesday (details not important😑) so yesterday I was basically glued to the couch for the entire day. With zero physical activity (and probably stress) I'm up 2lbs today and PISSED.😡 Not my plans for this week!😡😡

Anyway off to do some plyos now to hopefully get back on track.🤓 My affirmation today was so on point👌🏼 ..."Today I will concentrate on taking one step forward, however small."🙏🏼

Do you have a place where something has happened to shape you or change you for the better? I do. I have been hitting up the gym where I realized fitness was a purpose in my life recently. Whenever I go I just picture the Ellen that was insecure, unsure about her abilities and ultimately scared. It pushes me a hell of a lot and has created a great environment for some of my workouts. Always good to bring it back to a place where you were miles away from where you are today🙏🏼

Here's a 🍑 super set idea (vid is sped up 2x). 15 pulse squats, 15 full range of motion squats, 20 jump squats, 20 side kicks per leg (everything is banded). Try your best not to stop until you're done w the circuit! Great for cardio and burning the booty😉😉.
