Plus sets from today's #SBD session. Didn't take a video of squats though because they suuuuuuucked.
4x4 followed by a plus set of 5 on bench with 80% of 90% of my e1rm.
2x4 followed by a plus set of 6 on deadlifts with 80% of 90% of my e1rm.
Slowly building my strength back up. Stoked to finally train at a gym that has great lifting vibes... and music 🤘
