The 6am wake up was not a fun time, and we dragged our butts to the airport. And there we said good bye to best driver ever @h2ownan - man is a beast. His bicep is the size of my thigh. But he is also the sweetest. Check out his band @osiah_ig 🔥
Ate some good brekky with old mate Jamie Oliver, boarded our flight and I slept like a baby. The descent into Malta looked sooo much like the Middle East and it made me feel quite stoked (Bahrain is Home 😍) Met our promoter there who was a great dude and we got our own bus to our Airbnb. Settled in, cranked that Air con. What a vibe. We had a day off the next day so we went around exploring the city, had some lit pizza, took a bunch of selfies and were touristy af. There was this siiiiick little coffee place which had hazelnut and pistachio espresso. So good.
The following day was show day, and we finally had on stage tech issues 😂 poor Simon was absolutely destroyed in his in-ears. But the show was actually quite fun, and the seated vibe was kinda cool. Good food and drink was had, and we met some lovely people too.
Got back to the Airbnb, hung out for a bit and went to sleep around 1.30am. Ronnie and I had a 5am taxi to take us to the airport, and I was flying back to London.
That wrapped up the tour woooo! Massive shoutouts to all these legends - best dudes.
@jakub_zytecki for blowing minds every night - seriously, check him out if you haven’t already + band @michalsarapata & @jr.drums🔥
@simongrove & @chrisallisondrums, finally doing a tour where they only needed to play in one band 😂
The legendary @rjdivine for delivering amazing sound every single night. At festivals, Plini sounded the best - no argument there. Also thank you for helping me with the Tour Managing stuff before the tour 😘
My guy @staswrobel - handled lights, merch & our drives in Europe. Also provided tons of laughs. Ask him for dead baby jokes.
Big ups to @atonalliam for booking this quick run of shows, and that massive London show with Live Nation. What a vibe. 😍
And @plini - thank you for giving me the opportunity & believing in me to Tour Manage in Europe for my first time. Great experience and I can’t wait to do more of it in the future.
