Natalie took a little snapshot of our workout together. 😊 She figured out the timer, selfie mode, and everything! You can tell who’s daughter she is! 😂 🙋🏻♀️🤳 I took a mental health day off work today. It’s gotten to the point where I have to do that regularly. I think everyone should do that sometimes though! I believe our kids need these days off school sometimes too, just choose them wisely. I have never understood why it’s acceptable to take time off for physical illness, but if it’s for depression, anxiety, or mental health in general, you have to lay low and pretend it’s something else. F-that. #EndtheStigma
Self care is important, and when we ignore it is when things spiral to an uncontrollable level. Take care of yourself.
