Chest and tris today 💪🏻, 'cause splits are sexy 😉. In attempts to build mine, I tried a plate press for the first time. #awkward 😅. Any suggestions for increasing the weight?! The 35s are HUGE and my fingers gave out before my muscles did 😕.
