While prevention is key, sometimes unfortunately it gets us no matter what we do, and the Ick pays a visit to your house. When it does, here”s a little recipe to Kick the Ick!
I travel frequently for work, so from time to time I catch something nasty. With planes, rental cars, hotels, shaking hands and being in closed meetings or offices can take its toll during this season. FLOOM is a savior. Typically whatever ICK comes my way is kicked in a few short days. So thankful for these oils.
This can be done topically or internally to rid your body of the nasty that’s taken hold. Topically, add 10 drops each of the FLOOM Blend (Frankincense, Lemon, Oregano, On Guard, and Melaleuca) to a 10ml roller ball, top with FCO and roll on feet and spine every hour. Note: this is for adults. For kids, you’ll need much more dilution. Alternatively, you can take this internally (please note: if you’re using a brand other than dōTERRA do not use internally if the label states “not for internal use”). Add one drop each of the FLOOM Blend to a veggie capsule and a couple drops of Olive Oil and take every 4-6 hours. It’s recommended to not exceed 24 drops in 24 hours. It’s also not recommended to take for more than 10 days (due to the Oregano).
