It's Transformation Tuesday and I am planning ahead!
Who else goes a little over board on eating and drinking over holiday weekends? Labor Day weekend is just a few weeks from now, I plan to relax and celebrate with friends. To get back on track I will do a round of 3 Day Refresh, it helps me get back into my clean eating routine and knock off the extra bloat and weight I put on over the holiday weekend.
This 3 day program really works, after I feel amazing and motivated to continue eating clean and healthy. I also typically lose weight and inches, the picture is from one of my previous rounds of Refresh where I lost 7 lbs and 7 inches.
