Raw marble cheesecake with a cacao crackle base by @mindful_moose 🍫
Recipe (makes one 10cm mini cake, double or triple for full-sized).
Base: 1/3 cup almonds. 2 tbsp buckinis. 1 tbsp rice malt syrup. 1/2 tbsp cacao powder. dash of vanilla and sea salt.
Filling: 1 1/2 cups cashews, soaked overnight. 1/4 cup rice malt syrup. 1/4 cup melted cacao butter, or coconut oil. 2 tbsp water. 3/4 tbsp cacao powder. dash of vanilla and sea salt.
Process the almonds until they're broken down into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the mixture comes together to form your base. Press evenly into a lined mini cake tin.
To make the filling, drain and rinse the cashews. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Place roughly half of the mixture into a bowl and set aside. Into the blender with the rest of the mixture add the cacao powder. Blend to combine.
Take your cake tin and place some chocolate mixture, then vanilla mixture, just alternating between the two until it's full. Take a knife and swirl the layers together. Tap gently on the bench to remove air bubbles.
Place in the freezer to set for at least a few hours to remove from the tin. Decorate as desired. Let defrost before serving.

1 8oz pack of gluten free vegan veggie pasta
For the Sauce:
1 14oz can of tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. of tomato paste
1 Tbsp. of avocado or olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Pink salt, black pepper
1 Tsp. ginger powder
3-4 sun-dried tomatoes

How to make:
1. Cook your pasta according to the package directions.
2. Blend the sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor into small pieces.
3. Heat a pan with the oil, add the minced garlic and let it sizzle until its golden brown.
4. Dissolve the tomato paste in ¼ cup of water.
5. Add the tomato sauce, followed by the dissolved tomato paste.
6. Add all the spices listed and anything extra you like. I used 1 Tsp. of ginger powder and a pinch of salt and pepper.
7. Drain your cooked pasta and add the sauce. And optional: sprinkle go veggie parmesan cheese. Serve immediately & enjoy! #letscookvegan

Blueberry chia pudding and blackberry Acai smoothie hybrid with homemade raspberry chia jam swirl by @papaya_sunshine 💜
Chia pudding;
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1 tsp Blueberry powder
1/4 cup whole chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

First blend the almond milk, vanilla, Blueberry powder and blueberries together until completely smooth. Then add your chia seeds, whisk well and allow to soak for 1-3 hours in the fridge or until you have desired consistency. Once soaked give the pudding another thorough stir using the whisk to avoid clumping.
Blackberry and Acai smoothie
1 large banana
1 cup of blackberries
1/2 cup of blueberries
A handful of spinach
1 tbs Acai powder
1/2 cup of coconut water
Blend until smooth.
Raspberry chia jam
2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
1-2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tbs chia seeds

Add the raspberries to a saucepan with a splash of water and and mash them them gently over a medium heat. Once they have broken down into a syrup type consistency add the maple syrup and vanilla and continue to stir. Take away from the heat for a few minutes then add the chia seed and stir. Put the jam into a jar and allow to set in the fridge.

I recently turned 1 year vegan and couldn't be happier the way I feel. I used to be a hardcore meat head and would hunt and fish all the time. My wife and I decided to start researching healthy diets and plant based diets kept popping up. We decided to watch some documentaries and my mind was blown from what I learned. I felt like a terrible human after watching Earthlings and Cowspiracy and decided to change my ways. I went vegan over night and my wife took a couple of weeks but it didn't take long. I thought all my muscle would go away but I found out plants have protein too!! I'm not saying this is a transformation, just stating I didn't lose muscle. 2016 was full of a lot of negative things but I will always remember it as a life changing year for my family and I. 🌱💪🏼

Max Out Sweat sure wasn't kidding. My heart rate was spiked the entire time, burning more than 10 calories a minute. By the end I was pretty much drenched. And it doesn't help that I'm still feeling yesterday's workout thanks to all the squats and push-ups. I'm very thankful it's only 30 minutes. I really wanted to put it off when I got home but I'm so glad I just got it done instead 👊🏻

🍑 Avocado Pizza 📷 by @voilasassi 🚨🚨Recipe:
Ingredients :

2 packets (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar 
1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for bowl and brushing 
2 teaspoons coarse salt
4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled), plus more for work surface
Topping : 
1/2 cup good quality olive oil 
1 clove garlic, pressed through garlic press 
4-5 medium avocados 
salt, pepper & chili flakes

Directions : 
Pour 1 1/2 cups warm water into a large bowl; sprinkle with yeast and let stand until foamy, about 5 minutes. 
Whisk sugar, oil, and salt into yeast mixture. Add flour and stir until a sticky dough forms. Transfer dough to an oiled bowl and brush top with oil. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm, draft-free place until dough has doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and gently knead 1 or 2 times before using.

Preheat oven to 200 Celsius. Pour olive oil into a glass or bowl and add garlic, salt and pepper to it. 
Shape pizza with your hands the way you like and spread the garlic-olive oil mix evenly over the pizza. 
Bake for 5-6 minutes, then take the baking tray out and again take a brush or spoon to spread the oil over the whole pizza.

Bake until golden brown. 
Cut avocados into slices and top pizza. 
Now season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
