Haven't done a #TransformationTuesday post in while, so might as well do one the night before I turn 29 😂 As you can tell, that pic on the left was 7 years ago (vs. last week)! I was 22 👉🏽 which basically means I was floundering in pretty much EV.ERY.THING. 💁🏽 #YouKnowItsTrue (okay, at least for me haha)...LIVE & LEARN.
I'm SO proud of the changes I've made MENTALLY (first & foremost 🙌🏽✨) & physically in the last 7 years! One of the most life-changing things I've done is start at-home workouts, improve (& INCREASE 🙊) my eating & make DAILY mindset shifts 👏🏽💞 ON July 31st (⚡️MONDAY⚡️) my team & I are going to be doing JUST THAT by embarking on a BRAND NEW journey & starting a 21-day exercise program (that we've NEVER DONE)...TOGETHER! 🎉🙌🏽👭👟💞 You in...?! :) How it works & whatcha get out of it >>> • 25-45 minute workouts 👉🏽 25 minutes the 1st week, 35 minutes the 2nd week & 45 minutes the 3rd week (& a complete calendar to keep us on track)
