Haven't done a #TransformationTuesday post in while, so might as well do one the night before I turn 29 ๐Ÿ˜‚ As you can tell, that pic on the left was 7 years ago (vs. last week)! I was 22 ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ which basically means I was floundering in pretty much EV.ERY.THING. ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ #YouKnowItsTrue (okay, at least for me haha)...LIVE & LEARN.
I'm SO proud of the changes I've made MENTALLY (first & foremost ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝโœจ) & physically in the last 7 years! 230# again and first rep is bomb but then I do some n00b stuff on the second rep ๐Ÿ™ƒ (hips shoot way back throwing off my levers- with really long legs this is not ideal because it causes a greater ROM and uses more energy) so that rep was ugly. BUT these felt good especially for 6:30 am ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Pre-workout was 1 banana ๐ŸŒ with 1 cup soy milk, ๐Ÿฅ›blended. Aka a smoothie. I'm still tired lol.

Exploring Singapore Botanic Gardens I couldn't help but kick myself that I hadn't explored the number of Botanical Gardens back home in Australia, let alone the number of national parks in my very own backyard.
While I do explore the Dandenong Ranges, the You Yangs and Point Road Night tracks, I can't say that I have ever truly explored Melbourne Botanical Gardens and discovered hidden gems like I have abroad.
A soon homecoming will breed a great opportunity to explore my backyard a little more.
If anyone has any spots, hikes or trips in Victoria or on the way to Sydney then please let me know in the comments below, I'm sure there's something you have seen that I would love to. xxxx

I used to be terrified of heights a few years ago, but I have been much braver recently. With an exception of today, the second I saw this ridge I started shaking, but I tried getting across regardless...there was a lot of panicking, and help from @ryan_jacoway, but I never would have even attempted this three years ago, so even though I was acting and looked ridiculous I am still proud of myself for making it to the viewpoint. Today just reminded me how far I've come in life, I have missed out on so many experiences due to my fear of heights, not anymore.
