I’ve been rocking the new mindset & nutrition course FULLY for 5 days 🙈🙉 . . Already I’m feeling leaner, tighter, stronger, I have more energy and today I was checking myself out in the mirror and had to snap a photo to compare. . . My weight is UP a pound from yesterday so only one pound down but still 4 pounds gone from my waist!
I was feeling really bloated, exhausted and as a result was not fully committed to my workouts OR nutrition but thanks to 2B I’m feeling amazing and back on track!
