A lot of people have asked me is it hard to plant-based? I usually respond with it can be if you don't have any idea of what you are doing and by not limiting yourself to just a few foods.
When I started, I was completely lost. Thought I was going to lose all of my muscle, widdle away to being a twig lol and not getting enough "protein". All of these things can happen if you really aren't doing the whole-foods plant based thing the right way. You can achieve any of your goals with the right guidance.
Unfortunately I didn't have a coach to walk me through each step but it sure would have been helpful just starting. I researched and found out there are tons of plant based athletes who were absolutely amazing at their sports! Some powerlifters, bodybuilders, runners, triathletes...you name it.
It gave me hope! I looked up everything I needed to have balanced diet and also how to gain by eating plant foods! It actually works! I can lift heavier now than I use to and getting to my goal in muscle mass! 💪🌱 Curious on how to get started by feeling absolutely amazing, get to the goal weight you've always wanted without having to eat meat or dairy?
