Healthy Digestion and Energy Boost Recipe:
2 organic #plums
15 #organic #dates
1 tablespoon organic chia seeds (we recommend this)
1 teaspoon organic ginger powder (we recommend this)
Turn the stove to high and heat up five cups of water in a medium-sized pot.
Once the water starts to boil, add the plums and dates.
Let things simmer for ten minutes, and remove from the heat.
Let it sit for an additional 10 minutes before adding the #chiaseeds and #ginger powder.
How to Use:
First thing in the morning when you get out of bed, take 1 tablespoon of the this and let it sit in your belly for 30 minutes before eating breakfast. This should help alleviate all of your digestive issues in addition to #constipation.
