Who wants a glass of Berry & Pomegranate Infused Water? 🙋🏼🍹🍓🍹🍓I made this water today after I ate my Taco Salad (see previous post!) and it was so easy and turned out super tasty! All you do is fill a pitcher with cold water. Add a little raspberry syrup (or a handful of crushed raspberries would also work), add fresh raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate jewels and ice, then give it a stir! Done! Delicious and hydrating fruit infused water to keep me going for the rest of the day! Have you had at least least 64oz / 8 cups / 2 liters of water to drink today? I'm off for a walk now... with my water! Love ya x 😋💖

🌱 Crispy Garlicy Chickpea Broccoli Buddha bowls with Avocado Lime Tahini Cream 📷 by @healthy_belly 🚨🚨Recipe: 230 g cooked chickpeas
165 g corn kernals
10 cherry tomatoes
2 carrots (grated)
1 broccoli head (chopped into florets)
½ cucumber (spiralized)
2 avocados
4 garlic cloves
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lime juice
A handful of coriander
Sea salt, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder and turmeric.
Directions:
Sautéed chickpeas and broccoli florets
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add cooked chickpeas, broccoli and 2 minced garlic cloves. Season with a pinch of sea salt, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric and chili powder. Sauté until the chickpeas are golden brown.
Avocado Cream
Add the avocados, 1 tbsp tahini, 2 tbsp oliv oil, 2 tbsp lime juice, 2 garlic cloves, a pinch of sea salt and chili powder in a food processor and blend until creamy.
To serve: divide all the ingredients between 2 bowls and drizzle with the avocado cream.

SO, today I transferred my gym membership over to someone else. Since I started yoga at @houseofyoganz I've been finding it hard to find a balance between classes there combined with home yoga, and hitting the gym. I've been sporadic with trips to the gym since I joined, and I found that the reasons I got to the gym weren't serving me on a deeper emotional level. I would go there to 'burn calories' or 'work off that extra chocolate', and it wasn't coming from a place of self love. I absolutely loved my gym though! Such good vibes, and I can totally see why that works for other people, but it just wasn't working for me! 🤷‍♀️ I need my movement every day to come from a place of LOVING my body, not PUNISHMENT or hating my body, and yoga is such an intense form of self love for me! I'm two weeks away from the end of my intro month with @houseofyoganz and I've decided I'm going to join the studio full time because I LOVE going there, and I always leave feeling better than I did when I went in. 💚 I'm planning on still doing outdoor workouts (now the weather is getting 👌) running, and light dumbbell workouts at home etc, but I'm fully committed to yoga now yay! And it feels so good, like a weight lifted off of my chest ✨I'm not saying that the gym isn't great, because I know how badass lifting weights or whatever can make you feel 🏋 but it's just not for me right now where I am in my journey, which is more than ok 💕🌸 but yeah! I'm so excited to see where this takes me! #yogaeverydamnday #trustyourgut

I can't tell how much I love such days...I would like to spend the whole day outdoors hiking and just enjoying nature ☺️
