Monday down, we all know the drill! Monday should be the very last of days that you plan out your entire week of workouts. As a wiseman once said, if you don't plan, you plan to fail. We know that it's not always this simple, as sometimes you've got to get yourself up instead of beating yourself down. So if you haven't yet planned out your schedule for what you're eating, what you're training, with your desired outcome at the top, then go and do this NOW. It's never to late to execute a plan to achieve your desired outcome in fitness. You've just got to have a little will.
