We know that it's not always this simple, as sometimes you've got to get yourself up instead of beating yourself down. So if you haven't yet planned out your schedule for what you're eating, what you're training, with your desired outcome at the top, then go and do this NOW. It's never to late to execute a plan to achieve your desired outcome in fitness. You've just got to have a little will.

Made these unbelievable chocolate cookies yesterday by #bakerbynature - they were SO good, and of course, did not last long. Used a little less oil than called for and they still turned out moist + delicious 😋

So here it is: my sprouted soy bean stir fry (see pic from 2 days ago for the sprouting) wow they tasted so good... this dish is full of protein and #plantbasedpower 💪

What's in it? Shiitake mushroom, wood ears (type of mushroom), carrots and celery. All stir fried together in garlic and vegetarian oyster sauce 😋. Kids loved it too! .

Mushrooms are high in anti-oxidants and have been shown to reduce breast cancer risk so they feature on my plate at least twice a week. 🍄
