🇵🇱⬇⬇⬇ It's been a long time since I've been posting a #wildfoodfriday post, I know. Forgive me, but the last weeks have been intense, and it takes such a lot of time to prepare this kind of post! Well, since I've already done it, I am begging you - now you have to try today's recipe for lime tree candies! Especially if you have kids at home, they will definitely be happy with such natural sweets. And do not forget to tag @kundelinchi in the picture and add #wildfoodfriday

So, you need:
120g of honey
100g of sugar
juice from half a lemon
2 spoons of very intense tea made of lime tree flowers

Boil everything until it thickens, then pour into ice molds, let it cool. When the candies harden, remove them from the molds, you can sprinkled with powdered sugar - so they will not stick to each other.
Dawno nie było postu z serii #wildfoodfriday, wiem. Wybaczcie, ale ostatnie tygodnie były intensywne, a przygotowanie takiego postu zajmuje tak cholernie dużo czasu! A więc, skoro już to zrobiłam, to błagam - teraz musicie dzisiejszy przepis na lipowe cukierki wypróbować! Zwłaszcza jeśli macie w domu dzieciaki, one na pewno się ucieszą z takich naturalnych słodyczy. I nie zapomnijcie oznaczyć na zdjęciu @kundelinchi oraz dodać #kundelinchi

Potrzebne będą:
120g miodu
100g cukru
sok z połowy cytryny
2 łyżki baaaaardzo mocnego i skondensowanego naparu z kwiatów lipy

Wszystko gotujemy tak długo, aż mocno zgęstnieje, następnie przelewamy do foremek na lód, pozostawiamy do wystygnięcia. Gdy cukierki stwardnieją, należy wyjąć je z foremek, można przypruszyć cukrem pudrem - dzięki temu nie będą się do siebie lepić.

Another reason to eat more fruits and veggies 😏
This week in my studies with @Nutraphoria I have been learning all about Phytochemicals. We all know that fruits and vegetables contain lots of essential vitamins and nutrients but there's more to the story. 🍃
Plant foods also contains "phytochemicals" which are substances that are not ranked as essential nutrients but have health promoting properties. These are the chemicals that protect the plants themselves from threats such as sunlight, bacteria and parasites. 👍🏻
The good news is these phytochemicals also benefit us by acting as antioxidants in the body, and helping to protect against things like cancer and heart disease. 🙌🏻
Moral of the story: amp up your fruit and veggie intake. Of course, a big thank you to @Nutraphoria, the School of Holistic Nutrition which has helped open my eyes to the amazing power of food and great health. .

Today I was not allowed to have breakfast because I had to be sober for a few stomach examinations. I had to sit in the waiting room for a long time and was exhausted because I could not sleep tonight. In the end, it was only two hours later than planned. The tests were difficult but I passed them well. However, my probe had to be placed again and that only succeeded after 6 attempts. But I survived!
By lunchtime I took a really big step (for me)! I had this salad with a pear and (the big step ->) a couple tablespoons of flaxseeds and pumpkinseeds! I goes really well and i enjoyed it! Yay🤗 I’m happy that my feelings about eating more are okay. This is so what i needed! 💝

lunch: housemade black bean burger on a bed of lettuce (no bread) w/ added carrots + pickles onions, drizzled w/ ranch and cilantro sauce, plus guava sauce and vinaigrette. a side of mashed sweet potatoes. exactly what I was looking for on my break! 🥗🥕🌱 (SF w/o ranch/ GF w/o bun)

FRIDAY VEGAN PIZZA #vegan #glutenfree #marygovegan 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
Pizza dough:
1.5 dl chickpeas flour
1.5 tbsp coconut flour
1-2 teaspoon fiber husk
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Basilica, thyme, oregano
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
1.5 dl of water
How to:

1. Set the oven to 200 C.
2. Mix all ingredients into a slightly thick batter without lumps.
3. Put some oli in a oven-proof frying pan (about 31 cm in diameter), pour the batter into the panand spread it quite thin.
4.Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 15 min.
5.Take frying pan out BUT WATCH IT always USE AN OVEN MITT!! otherwise u'll get burnt like me lol.
6. Turn the pizza on the otherside and bake another 10 min.
7. Remove the frying pan from the oven and put the pizza to a baking paper.
8. Topp your pizza with optional ingredients and bake another 7-10 minutes.
I topped my pizza with:
-Home made tomato suace ( tomatoes, basil, salt and chili)
-Garlic drizzle- the one I did a few days ago and the recipie is in my first post. For this I just aded some coconumilk and garlic to the drizzle.
-Sundried tomatoes
And I topped with avocado, basil, sea salt and chili flakes 🌱#marygovegan
