The other day I was looking through my old travel pictures and found the one on the left. I was shocked and surprised at the same time. This was really me, with almost the same weight I have now.
5 years ago I decided to change something in my life, I went from eating everything all the time, to eat clean, to avoid processed food, to avoid industrial sugar and I started to workout in a gym. I decided, I no longer want to be that person, who always gains weight and then is trying to lose it somehow and gains it again. I was tired of it! Nowadays I'm training 4-5 times a week and trying to make better food choices, to be healthier and to improve my performance for training and I feel so much better!

I often forget how far I’ve come, how I improved my fitness, how strong I’ve become and how much better my eating habits got.
We often tend to forget where we came from and where we started, we are so caught up in getting better that we forget what we already accomplished. We should look back and be proud of ourself!
I’m far from being perfect and I never will be, being perfect would be boring cause then there is nothing to improve anymore. It’s about being real, enjoying life, give everything you’ve got every damn day, never give up and don’t stop believing in your dreams!
So be real, be you and be fucking proud of yourself, no matter how far you’ve come in your life journey and where it will lead you.

I always carry a big bottle of water with me everywhere I go. I also keep it by my bedside to have it when waking up. Something I've noticed is veeeery beneficial is drinking in the morning approximately 30-45 min before eating breakfast. Your body needs to hydrate after so many hours without water, it starts your digestion before eating and it will make you less hungry and prevent binge eating and cravings. It also has beneficials like clearer skin, healthier hair and over all healthier organs 🙌🏻

There's such a huge thing, about doing what you love. It's almost impossible to find something to be unhappy about because as soon as you're doing what ever it is that makes you happy, you release all of the things that makes you less happy or that worries you. You don't see it anymore. All of the imperfections of your life just goes away and you feel a rush of satisfaction and a kind of high. During the time my body started changing I stopped seeing the imperfections and I when I look in the mirror I see strength. I see hard work, alot of time, passion and most important: I see happiness and proudness. .

The reason why I say that is because 1. I had the biggest anxiety attack of all time because I should never take the walk I had earlier with my dog👉🏼 he ran into a person on a bike an I didn't see🚴🏼 he was an old man, I am so scared of old men👴🏻 the whole situation stressed me out so much that I ran with my dog away from him instead of helping hil wich I feel such a big guilt for and do not want to talk about it😓😫 2. This is kinda unmeasured, I choosed to eat even tho I wanted to not eat at all the rest of the day! 3. My dad is the best who handled my anxiety and craziness🌪, and drove to speak to the guy who went after me🙈😞 I feel ok now, but I have never experienced such a anxiety, but I am pushing against it👊🏼 cus I do NOT want fears to take control over my life...
Btw this is: ww penne pasta+veggies+squize of lime+fried(with water+soy sauce)mushrooms+vegan 'chicken'!! And coated in protein soy yogurt✌🏼
