After a carby weekend and sitting on my couch all day feelin like a sack of potatoes (y’all know what I’m talking about)
I’m ready to rock this next week and WEEKS to come with a meal plan that doesn’t feel like a diet.
I’m going to eat my favorite clean foods (comes from the earth, not a box) and dial in my portion control.
Because that’s how it’s works.
I absolutely hate diets and can not stick with them.
I got the fitness part down, I love it. It’s the part where I choose a sweet potato over a huge plate of pasta that I need to work on.
You know what I’m talking about 😉

Not because of the look, but because of the feeling. I know how I felt that day.
I felt like a fit warrior and like I could do anything.
That’s what I want.
It’s basically simpler than logging into your Netflix account and definitely easier than only eating grapefruit/bacon for a week. Or however that diet goes....
