I've been eating mostly fruit while I'm away and supplementing with a green smoothie powder while having no access to a juicer or a blender. It's what I would normally do. There are so many great plantbased cafes around this area (Gold Coast), being a vegan is really not hard because there are so many great options.

Just applied for a new job and feeling good about it 😊 maybe something will come of it, but maybe it won't. At least I'm taking action on the things I'm unhappy with in life. Feels good 😊♥️ .

I am a huge procrastinator 😑😣🙃 but love being productive. So I've started writing lists of things I want to get done and it's helping me so much! Getting things ticked off feels like an accomplishment even if it's only something small... ✔️✅ .

I've also been really lazy with training and food logs recently so im getting back on top of that starting today! Hoping it'll stop me feeling stuck in a rut with training when I can physically see my progression written down on paper. SO, LETS KICK BUTT!! 😄😄 💪💪 .

Why HIIT and HOW OFTEN? WHAT HAPPENED WITH MY BODY?
I found out that HIIT workouts can be very fun and challenging...but I kinda start doing them more often than I suppose to! My goal is to make more lean muscles, and I thought that often HIIT training will help me. The truth is that I lost muscles and keep the fats 🤦🏼‍♀️ with OFTEN cardio and rare weighted training.
I just did it too often! 🙅🏼‍♀️Well, I’m back to my old, (heavy) weights lifting and challenging myself with new records each day.
Don’t get me wrong I will still do HIIT, just not more than 1-2 times per week! They are great for FAT BURNING, YOUR METABOLISM, HEALTHY HEART... So my plan from now on is lifting 5-6 times, HIIT 1-2 times per week ✨and of course #wokelivingdetoxchallenge (day 7 today)!
