Why HIIT and HOW OFTEN? WHAT HAPPENED WITH MY BODY?
I found out that HIIT workouts can be very fun and challenging...but I kinda start doing them more often than I suppose to! My goal is to make more lean muscles, and I thought that often HIIT training will help me. The truth is that I lost muscles and keep the fats 🤦🏼♀️ with OFTEN cardio and rare weighted training.
I just did it too often! 🙅🏼♀️Well, I’m back to my old, (heavy) weights lifting and challenging myself with new records each day.
Don’t get me wrong I will still do HIIT, just not more than 1-2 times per week! They are great for FAT BURNING, YOUR METABOLISM, HEALTHY HEART... So my plan from now on is lifting 5-6 times, HIIT 1-2 times per week ✨and of course #wokelivingdetoxchallenge (day 7 today)!
Do each exercise for 40 sec, then rest 20sec. After last exercise rest 1min. Do 3 times! Good luck! 🤗
