Transformation Tuesday with a twist. Here is a picture I keep going back (left) to and a quick snap from last night (right). On the left I was deep in a 1:1 diet & training with Nick Shaw. I didn't have kids or even want a kid. I was a full time personal trainer and fitness instructor. I'd start my day with a gym session, go to work, and end my day with another gym session. On the left is a mom who is doing HER best, not anyone else's best. It's the first time I've really compared myself to myself. It hurt at first, but I'm in love with myself all the same. I'm back with RP and falling in love with the process all over again. Everyone is so damn different. That's the beauty of it and the curse of comparison. Go out and kill it, no matter what!

Went to @eatverts again today for lunch (a concept) and just wanted to share with you my masterpiece of a meal 🤗 ingredients include: salad bowl (spring mix), falafel, cabbage slaw, carrot slaw, cucumber and tomato mix,spiced chickpeas, spring vegetable relish, eggplant dip 🍅🥒🥕🌱

I haven't posted a #transformationtuesday in a HOT MINUTE 😐😒 so I figured I would share this with you beautiful people on this magical Tuesday 🦄 I think that sometimes it can be SO HARD to realize how far we've come, especially when we aren't at your ultimate goal yet 👙👟
You guys we have SIX MONTHS left in 2017 ⚡️ are you gonna keep pushing your goals off until "next year" blah blah blah - that's total BS 🙄 stop being lazy 🙊 (love you k?) & start believing that YOU CAN DO DIS 👙🔥
So I decided to throw together this little side by side today to show you what's possible in 6 months ✔️📆
Between these two photos I've done da following 👉🏼eaten a plant based diet 🌿 taken my daily multivitamin in the form of a delicious Superfoods Frappuccino ☕️enjoyed (a lot) of treats 🍕🌮 went on a 2 week vacation to Jordan 🇯🇴 + Israel 🇮🇱 where I didn't give AF what I ate 🥙 aka I ate whatever I pleased (plant based of course) but we obvi walked A LOT 🚶🏼‍♀️ I've been crushing my at home fitness programs 🏡🏋🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️ I recently adding in a weight training program again 💪🏼 I do a fasted cardio sesh in the morning 🌤 I've stayed on top of daily positive affirmations + personal development 🙇🏼‍♀️ I have checked in with my FitBabes Group everyday for the past 6 months 👯 those babes GET ME, PUSH ME + keep me accountable 🎉 and I've made sure to drink enough water everyday 💦
My body is STUBBORN when it comes to losing weight 😟 not gonna lie lol 😂 but if I had to guess there's probably only a 10 pound difference between these two photos 🤗 but to me - it sure as shit looks like a lot more 👌🏼 I am "posing" the same in each photo 📸 and I can tell a massive difference 👟

Oh weights, I LOVE YOU!! 🏋‍♀️If you have thought weights would bulk you up like a man, you are like me! I thought that for a long time, but since using heavier weights I've been learning from my trainers all about how muscle burns fat, muscle weighs more, muscle makes you look younger, and building muscles in men and women us very different. We as women don't have enough testosterone to make us big and bulky, just toned, strong and healthy enough to take on the day! 💪
