This week has been craaaazy busy with meetings after work and a million errands to run, so I’m #mealplanning and scheduling my workouts in the #studiotoneitup app!
I was up at 4:30 this morning cooking chicken for my white chicken chilli and then getting in a quick workout before the kids got up and I headed to work!
Super tired, but I felt great after and it was so worth it! White chicken chilli was #zerosmartpoints so I added some yummy toppings (Greek yogurt, a little cheddar, avocado, and tortilla strips). #tiubootycall #tiucheckin #weightwatchers
