Garden Goals...We’re about to start the overhaul of our front yard. When we moved in we cleared everything out and transplanted what could be salvaged. I’m keeping structure simple and will be adding some simple classic elements so the garden will grow to be timeless. The colors will be Green and White and pops of pale pink climbing roses. There is one spot that we left off of the plans and this scene from @tomsamet garden will be the perfect addition. I’ve planned and replaned this garden for about 3 years so it’s beyond exciting to finally start it. There is something about landscape project that makes my heart skip a beat. Let’s hope the baby doesn’t come early and distract me. #gardeninspiration#greenandwhite#dreamgarden#planningagarden#ilovelandscapes#gardengoals#cccastle#harborhill#restoringmycastle#stayinnumber5
I LOVE flowers... What girl doesn't. I also LOVE gardens and gardening and I'm super excited to know that one day soon we will turn a spade and see our garden planning begin to come to life. The time cannot come soon enough... In fact it will begin as soon as we finish fencing the next two paddocks. So for now my garden is a mass of pots filled with autumn blooms on my verandah and these are just a few beauties that are putting on a show. 🌺🌸🌺🌸 #cedarsrise#pottedcolour#countrygarden#farmlife#autumnblooms#flowers#petunias#planningagarden#ourparadise
It's April and its raining, not sure if I will get to do my garden this summer. It's cold everyday. I wish for roses in my garden and some tulips. Also for some fruit as well. Strawberries has been on my mind for a long time. 🍓🌹🌷 #planningagarden
Would you be interested in gardening classes? What would you like to learn about? Starting your own plants from seeds? How to find healthy plants to buy? How to plan a garden, how and when to plant a garden, how much space do I need, can I grow my own food if I don’t have much or any ground? How to use the food you grow in cooking? How to preserve your harvest for winter? What else?
Shopping for flowers to put in our tower window boxes at our nearest nursery in Ripabianca. These calla lilies are so gorgeous! We probably won't try them in our little window boxes in Italy, but I think I must have some when I get home for my greenhouse and terraces at Orchard Hill! I've never grown them before. I think they will need winter protection. Please share any advice for growing Callas!
