I used to have severe backpain. It started when i was in highschool. It was painful even when i was sitting down, when i walk for too long, when exercising etc
Then when i started yoga, a teacher told me to practice my plank everyday. Just a minute everyday. So that i would use my core instead of dumping it all onto my back
And i did. I practiced plank everyday and without realising it, the pain was gone
After i gave birth, the pain came back bc i had to carry my baby for long period of time. But now that i start doing yoga again, its gone 🙌
Im really thankful that i get to do yoga. It changed my life. Whats your story?
