One thing I feel leaves a lot of people falling short. They fail to plan ahead.📝 In my opinion, planning is the most important part of productivity because, by having that plan in place, you are controlling your environment, you know what your priorities are, and you aren't wasting any time or effort!😎👍🏼 Things become less stressful and more free-flowing. .
Think about how many people will say "I tried to workout today but I didn't have time." "I tried to eat healthy for lunch, but I didn't have another option." I of course don't know each person's life, and there are plenty of people who have real obstacles they face. However, many times, where there's a will, there's a way, and that way starts with planning ahead!
Set out your schedule on Sunday night for the entire week. Every little detail🤔 - work requirements, family requirements, time for a workout, do you have healthy food options available? Even free time! I'll honestly say I haven't missed any workouts and have been spot on with my macros every day all year long, and it's not because I'm special or anything. I've just made an effort to plan ahead to make sure I'm prepared for each day! As such, I'm much less stressed out, way more productive, and still have time for myself to have fun.😁.
Typically the hardest working person always takes the prize, but the hardest working person to me, is also the best planner. If you aren't as productive as you'd like to be, spend more time on planning and you'll spend more time on things that will help you continue to progress!💯
