👟Cable Pull Through 4x12
👟Single Leg Cable RDL 4x10
👟Cable Squats 4x10
👟Leg Press SS narrow and standard stance 4x10
👟Smith Machine Hip Thrust 4x8 (you can use a barbell)
👟Standing Abductor 4x10 (do this on your toes)
👟Finisher (burnout)

It was a pretty high volume leg day today, although I got the whole thing done within one hour. I've been mostly doing few, heavy, compound movements, (squats, deadlifts, etc), but since I'm already transitioning my routine to be more fat loss oriented, I figure it's a good time to start transitioning the exercises I use for each muscle group as well. It will mostly just be rotating through different accessory movements (ex. today I did not do walking lunges or leg press, I instead swapped for good morning and hip hinges). Also, ive created a cardio goal: 10 mins of cardio to finish off my lifting days and at least one 'double cardio' day. I'm so impressed and proud of the muscle I've put on over the past few months considering that I could have been more consistent. I'm ready now for a mini cut to take a little fat off and reveal those babies!! #goals #fitness #planetfitness #fitnessjourney #legday #girlsthatlift #girlsthatsquat
