If you are looking for a supper chill exercise I recommend doing this. Put the bench on a little out of an angle, keep your elbows tucked in, and do the curls. Make sure you keep the tension on your biceps and never let your arms go completely limp or straight on the way down.
No top 5 in my first show! class out of a huge line up of 14 other guys. But I can now learn what I need to work on for the next show!! So no hard feelings there. Competing opened my eyes and has made me even more excited about bodybuilding.
