How to: Planche Lean💯
One of my, if not THE one, favorite exercises to train for the planche. It helps for you to understand how you should feel in your shoulders & scapulas.
Execution: Have your scauplas open & retracted, lock out elbows (no bending!🙅🏾♂️), & tilt your pelvis aka hips forward. The whole time, keep your spine relatively straight to avoid pain &/or injury
