New angle with the new grip - Nowhere near as deep but some interesting things happening!
So this feels much harder to hold in total, likely because of the increase elbow and bicep strain. The hand position makes it virtually the same as the position in rings which is known to be harder.
However, the hold feels more...solid, as in each individual component of the hold feels more secure and locked out, but I lack the strength to go deeper or hold longer 🤔
Overall I am very much looking forward to continuing this grip, I prefer it, and once the tendons thicken I have a suspicion my strength will increase faster 🙂
Once I have more angle and a 4x20s hold I'll move on, not rushing planche this time 😅
