👀 If there’s one thing to consider, it’s to develop the skill of seeing yourself in a brighter light 👉 Visualisation is an important part of the process that should rarely be overlooked. Now, I don’t mean to chant affirmation or visualise yourself as accomplished your goals 20 times a day. But more so to develop the creative muscle that will allow you to picture your ideal outcome, 3 months, 6 months and even years down the line. Being able to see situation as you’d like to be living in the future is very practical. It defines a path, sets you up for success, and ensures a no bxllshit formula to ensure that your actions are matched to your ambition

If you’re stuck on what it is that you truly want and desire out of life, or even how you want your near future to look; then it can be especially hard to visualise. The key is to experiment. Really give it some thought... what makes you happy? What makes you energised? If you could swap places with 3 people, who would they be and why? What traits would you like to develop? Would you like to be more confident? Learned? Witty? Athletic? Humorous? Whatever it is, it has to be true to you. You need to know yourself, inside and out. Remember: the more specific your path, the better. You want to map out your destination down to the minor details. Let’s consider a ship 🚢 that sets voyage without a map, or any real indication of where to go. Where would you suppose it would end up? Who knows... 🤷‍♂️

اوپنتیا 😍
این کاکتوس و همه میشناسن و بیشتریا میوه هاشو دیدن میوه بسیار خوشمزه داره گاهی ترش و گاهی ملس و ترده اونایی که خوردن میفهمن من چی میگم عالیه😍😍😍

این میوه، بیضی‌شکل بوده و به رنگ قرمز بنفش است. سطح آن از خارهای ریزی پوشیده شده که اگر پوست زبر و ضخیم آن در زمان مصرف جدا نشود، می‌تواند ناراحتی‌هایی را در گلو، مری و معده ایجاد کند.

گوشت این میوه، شیرین‌مزه و آبدار و دانه‌های ترد سیاه‌رنگی در بافت آن پراکنده است. کاکتوس پخته طعم مارچوبه و یا فلفل دلمه‌ای سبز را می‌دهد.

کاکتوس خوراکی:
سه نوع کاکتوس خوراکی وجود دارد که در زیر به شرح آن می‌پردازیم:
.
* سان پدرو (Sanpedro): این کاکتوس دارای ارزش دارویی بالایی می‌باشد و آب به دست آمده از آن مانع سوزش مثانه و کلیه می‌شود و تب بالا و هپاتیت را درمان می‌کند.
.
*هودیا (Hoodia): این نوع اغلب در آفریقای جنوبی به عمل می‌آید و به درمان چاقی مفرط کمک می‌کند.
.
* اوپنتیا (Opuntia): سرشار از فلاوانوئیدز است که خاصیت آنتی اکسیدان دارد. آنتی اکسیدان تأثیر سم زدایی دارد و از آسیب سلولی که باعث سرطان و پیری می‌شود، جلوگیری می‌کند.
.
سوریه و لبنان از جمله کشورهایی است که این میوه را پرورش داده و مراکشبزرگ‌ترین کشور صادرکننده آن است.
.
این میوه یکی از غنی‌ترین غذاهای پستانداران نواحی کویری و بیابانی محسوب می‌شود و امروزه گیاه زینتی آن در خانه‌ها پرورش می‌یابد، کشورهای آمریکای مرکزی، هند، آفریقا و استرالیا خیلی این میوه طرفدار داره .

I realized that although I am writing things down, the notes are all over the place which adds to my lack of consistent follow thru.⠀

I had fallen out of the habit of doing weekly goal tracking in a journal that I could transfer to calendar targets. Digital calendars don’t work for me in that way.⠀
