This is a pineapple, egg, and mozzarella breakfast pizza.
I know what you're thinking. I can't explain it yet, but it was amazing. I hit it with a butane torch to finish and drizzled some jalapeno infused honey on top with lots of salt and pepper.
I tried to make this again on a larger scale and really disliked it. The pineapple was too mushy the second time and there was just something off putting. More experiments needed to solve this mystery...
