I have been using this quick pizza dough for years - it never fails!
I have tried my best to give you the exact recipe but mostly I go by the feel of the dough - it should be light and soft without too much handling.
I don't knead the dough I just bring it together with my finger tips and shape it into a disc and then roll it out.

Quick Pizza Dough
Yield: 2 Pizza Bases
Ingredients ♡ 3 Cups Plain Flour ♡ 2 x 7g Sachet Instant Dry Yeast ♡ ½ Tsp Salt ♡ 1 ¼ Cup Warm Water ♡ 3 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil ♡ Extra Flour
Instructions ♥ Sift flour into a large bowl. Add yeast and salt. Mix well ♥ Combine warm water and oil in a cup. Add to flour mixture. Using a round butter knife in cutting motion mix until the dough comes together. ♥ Use extra flour and your finger tips to gently shape the dough into a soft disc. ♥ Turn onto a lightly-floured surface split the dough in half, and using a rolling pin roll out the dough to the size of your pizza dish.
