Protein Pizookis!!!🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪RECIPE BELOW⬇️ (This is a recipe from @pescience that I tweaked a bit. This was the macros with their ingredients, so I'm estimating mine being relatively the same.) ESTIMATED MACROS: 23g F, 26g C, 20g P
SERVING SIZE: 1
•2 tbsp oat flour (or flour of your choice)
•1/2 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein powder (or protein of your choice)
•1 tbsp maple syrup
•2 tbsp honey •1 tbsp peanut butter
•1 tbsp coconut oil, melted (or oil of your choice)
•1/4 tsp baking soda •1/4 tsp baking powder •1/2 tsp vanilla extract •1 egg yolk •1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (however many you want)
IN ONE BOWL MIX TOGETHER DRY INGREDIENTS,(flour, protein powder, baking soda and powder)
IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX TOGETHER WET INGREDIENTS EXCLUDING THE YOLK,(vanilla, oil, pb, honey, syrup)
POUR WET INGREDIENTS INTO DRY AND MIX WITH A FORK. AFTER MIXED, ADD THE YOLK AND BLEND, THEN FOLD IN DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
POUR INTO SMALL CAST IRON DISH, or RAMEKIN BOWL.
SET OVEN TO 350, BAKE FOR 12-14 mins.
