As you can see from my super late check-in, today was a struggle. I struggled to get my workout to play.....struggled through the workout....struggled with some of my students....struggled to get the boys to soccer practice...struggled not to eat a bag of kit-Kats (see my IG stories 🤦🏽‍♀️)...I could go on, but you don’t need to hear about struggles. I’m sure you have your own.

I have no profound words about overcoming your daily struggles- but if you’ve made it to sweet, glorious, bedtime then let me be the first to congratulate you. 🙌🏽 Enjoy this quiet, Mama, take a few moments to relish in it and then reflect about your day- you may start to see all the blessings you received today- and those “struggles” won’t seem so bad after all. ❤️❤️

I want to lose weight. Is diet really more important than exercise?Yes. It is much easier to outeat running than to outrun all of the tempting calories that modern marketing encourages us to cram in. Both diet and exercise are important to health, and exercise is important in weight maintenance. But to loseweight, the preferential focus needs to be on controlling calories in, more than calories out.

20 seconds ON and 10 seconds OFF
for 8 cycles

1-Single Leg Y Squat Right
2-Downdog + Pike Up
3-Single Leg Y Squat Left
4-Plank Jack Shoulder Taps

Perform each exercise by alternating each round. Focus on giving MAX effort for entire 20 seconds of each exercise, shooting for at least 8 reps with good quality form
