My daily ayurvedic supplements 💊

Fresh greens, roasted veggies with mild spices, lentil pasta and soft mozzarella. Perfect lunch for balancing pitta dosha. 🍃

Few more days and I will get back to my yoga mat after a too long break 😍 My orange mat has quite similar effect to me as the sun has - without any skin problems of course! For pitta bodytype it's very important to not take yoga (or any other sport) too seriously. I really have to work with this part, but I'm ready to do anything to feel better 🙆🏼

I travel a lot and sometimes I find it hard to find something to eat. As a pitta bodytype, it's not enough for me that food is healthy. It also has to be good for me. If it's too spicy, too sour or too something else, it effects plenty of problems for exemple for my belly, my skin and my mental wellness. Listen to your body and feed it well! This Bali brekkie few weeks ago was perfect for balancing my pittadosha. 🙏

On working days my brekkie is always oatmeal, but on weekends I love to cook something different! Lately I've been baking yeast free wholegrain buns - so tasty and so good for my tummy 😍

Very typical lunch of mine; fresh spinach and sunflower seeds in olive oil, spelt pasta, chanterelles fried with ghee, and a little bit of oat cream. 🌱
