The pose is folded in pistol squat.
This is a challenging pose which requires a lot of leg strength. •How to
: Stand with one leg extended in front of you and grab the foot of that leg. ( if grabbing your foot or leg or big toe is not a part of your practice you can also use strap around your feet) Slowly, keeping your balance, go all the way down to a seated position. When you find your place , next lean your upper body toward extend leg. Folding forward as much as you like.
Depend on your hip position you might feel different feeling in your strength. If you wanna burn, work hard , try to lift your hip. If you wanna more stable and feel stretch your hamstring you can go all the way down ( which I did). The aim of this pose is to have the buttocks and extended leg aligned.
So choose variation you wanna practice. Always respect your body condition and love every moment.
