A salad a day 2018...day 18/365...our take on The Pioneer Woman's kale citrus salad...we added quinoa, Swiss chard, tortilla chips, avocado, and fermented sweet pepper salsa. We haven't had this in a while, but it yet again received rave reviews all the way around the table and left us with leftovers for tomorrow's lunch. Oh, and I bought new salad bowls...I've been putting this purchase off for a while, but figured we eat a lot of salad and it was time! It's the little things in life...or I guess the giant salad bowls that make me happy!
