The spring equinox marks opportunity for new beginnings and for us to let more light in after a long winter, both which I'm pretty stoked on.🌞
These vegan pink lemonade cupcakes are free of artificial food coloring which is really important to me. Toxic chemicals in food coloring have been linked to ADHD, allergies and cancer. It's sure something to think about during various cancer awareness months where we see pink/blue/yellow/etc frosted cupcakes, cookies, and cakes being sold everywhere. #pinkwashing 🙈
