This morning was a good class! As always!!! My Navasana is getting better I guess! Lol. I was sweating a lot again and today my sweat from my face dropped onto my mat for the first time. It’s really good sign and I love it so much. Today I’m not gonna talk the same things that I’ve been doing but I’ll talk about finishing sequence.
At my first day I couldn’t hold headstand for 15 breaths then I get better and better. Lately I can hold for 25 breaths but have to be short breaths in and out. Today I held headstand lighter and controlling breaths better. They were almost the same rhythm and longer than usual also I lifted my Padmasana easier, lighter but the last 5 from 15 breaths were still a little difficult and you know what I’ve been practicing ashtanga yoga almost 1 month. I started last month on 18th and tomorrow is 18th even I didn’t practice everyday but I still count as a month :).
This is as Day 475 #pincha365 seriously I don’t like how my wrists aren’t flat to the mat. They are always space there! Why? I saw other have their palms and forearms completely flat to the floor and one more thing my #invertedsplit in #pinha needs more work!!!.
