Step 2. Exhale to bring the arms together until the fingertips of each hand are almost touching.
Step 3. Move slowly back to the starting position.
Choose a different sitting position if the client is unable to sit with the pelvis over the sit bones. Practicing this exercise with a rounded lumbar spine could cause irritation or injury to the lower back.
