2️⃣ both can do all the time. Not just while men exercise and women lie down.
WHAT IS A KEGEL?
3️⃣ It is the contraction of certain muscles which are in your pelvic floor. These are colloquially called “Kegel muscles”
...WHY in G-ds name would you care??? 4️⃣ if you want to stop going teetee (keeping it pure) in your undies...or when you sneeze...or breathe: you’ll do these. ...WHEN?
5️⃣ All day Long. Sorta. For example, I’m doing my now! #yesreally . I do it when I go to the bathroom. I do it when I tell people to do it. Yep, again now :)
6️⃣ when you are going teetee (i giggle every time I say that word!). Literally, stop mid-teetee (giggle). Count to 10 and go again. Practice. Practice. Practice. ...AGAIN WHY??
7️⃣So you don’t have someone telling you to have surgery...OR
▶️Women: after babies or getting older our floors drop. ▶️MEN: you also lose bladder control. Oh! No one told yu: yep.
WHAT’S THE OUTCOME?
▶️IMPROVED SEXUAL PERFORMANCE (got your attn eh?) 👊totally true tho. Yes! Really! ▶️COULD STAVE OFF SURGERY: If you PRACTICE. Just like eating well, exercising and maintaining perfect posture- All day. Every day. ▶️BRINGS AWARENESS TO “lower abs”. They aren’t directly connected but the brain will in fact, feel more down there the stronger your kegels get. #truth ▶️ STRONGER LOWER BACK: by way of yur stronger abs. And so it goes up the kinetic chain (look it up)
