What makes you feel strong? For me it's something as simple as putting on my workout clothes in the morning. Because once they are on, you're committed to showing up and performing to your best ability. Sometimes that means fighting with all you've got that day to hold a balance challenge. Or trying your best to keep your eyes and mind focused so you stay the course and work harder. This exercise tells the story of a fighter. Someone who isn't afraid to shake a little on the path to success. Who isn't distracted by the movements around them but stays mentally and physically aware and capable. And when that chests lifts and toe taps down, each rep amounts to enjoyable wins. 💪 Here's to another strong day #fitnessfriends. We've got this.
