I am becoming my own Fairy Godmother🌈🌟 in 2018 and a lot of that is going to be involved around my health and wellness.
I absolutely love helping people with pilates. Whether it being recovering from injuries, trying to increase strength 💪 or mobility and when you see the look on their face when they just 'get' that exercise properly for the first time it is priceless!!😃 What I let slip was my health and wellness😢I have made a promise that each week I allocate workout time for me to give myself other challenges and to increase my cardio 🏄 and strength. 💓
There is something that makes you so happy once you have done a workout and I get to see it everyday, now I get that feeling too...😎🌻 Does anyone else feel this way?🤔🤔
