This ones got Extension- Flexion- Rotation- And spine stretching goodness✨ Its everything I ever wanted in an exercise 🙌🏼 I used one Blue spring✨ I went a little overboard with the upper back extension this weekend because it was the first time in almost a month that I could lean my head back and not feel like the universe was spinning out of control, due to some vertigo issues I have been experiencing 🌪 It probably wasn't the best thing for me to do because The dizzy resurfaced😵 What have I learned?
