I love challenging myself & my students a functional movement towards the end of a #pilates session. A full body workout is to test their ability to integrate what they have learned throughout the class. It requires a lot of control, balance and awareness. A lovely stretch for the spine and legs too. 😉😉 Use a light spring tension. Shift the weight to the back leg before rolling the spine up & transfer forward as you push the pedal all the way down to bend forward. A great way to learn the optimal weight transfer movement!
