If you make it beyond the pike press, then add any lower to press back up! 💖Regardless of where we make it into the sequence, let’s remember that this is tough stuff and it’s applaudable just to show up and try! It’s all about challenging ourselves often, trying something new...not comparing ourselves to those around us or feeling bad if we don’t exceed our own expectations! (I have to remind myself this DAILY!!) That only derails our success and we don’t want to miss those moments of progress and hard work put in! So, let’s accept the task and give it our best TODAY 😘
My goodness, each week I really challenge myself to top limit I can handle. This week... tykes can see how unstable my breath to control myself, and actually my limited strength to hold me for transitions.
Must working towards... keep strength engage every week !
