Whoa, I need to work on my pincha presses more to keep them strong! I stopped after the pike lower, I can’t do it at the end but if it was at the beginning that might work better! 🤔😆 @jadebellyyoga @alli_roush @bowlingandyoga

Yesterday at the gym I kind of practiced everything 😂. As today is the „house warming“ party for our second company location, I won’t have a minute to practice so I went all out yesterday 😉. I did „straddle presses“, „pike presses“ (and half pike ones), puppy presses, tuck jumps as well as those weird but fun frog jumps 🐸 in slide one (which Kino did in a challenge some time ago). The main challenge for me might have been malasana though as I hadn’t really practiced it since January... 😅

This was for day 62/365 of my handstand journey 🤸‍♀️ and day 63 will be rest day once again.

If you make it beyond the pike press, then add any lower to press back up! 💖Regardless of where we make it into the sequence, let’s remember that this is tough stuff and it’s applaudable just to show up and try! It’s all about challenging ourselves often, trying something new...not comparing ourselves to those around us or feeling bad if we don’t exceed our own expectations! (I have to remind myself this DAILY!!) That only derails our success and we don’t want to miss those moments of progress and hard work put in! So, let’s accept the task and give it our best TODAY 😘

My goodness, each week I really challenge myself to top limit I can handle. This week... tykes can see how unstable my breath to control myself, and actually my limited strength to hold me for transitions.
Must working towards... keep strength engage every week !

First video i am sharing half of the presses the girls asked , i could insist more as i am stubborn to try and try and try but it would be too much pressure on my shoulders
Second video i think i did pike pincha press lower to baby crow , tried to baby crow press but i didnt touched my arms..

You know I love me a headstand press! 🤗 Pressing is all core for me, but if you can’t find alignment, you can’t press. It’s where the balance is. The third variation here also touches on day 6’s shoulder strengthener a bit, but I’ve got something even better for that.

Getting back into the groove of regular exercise has been a lot more challenging than I expected. Beyond the usual difficulties of finding time amidst work and everything else, I dread the realization that exercises I used to find quite manageable are now so difficult. But that is a mind game more than anything else. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the wobble wobble is still here. Like a bad smell that won’t go away.
