Trust me when I say that when we are learning how to live healthier, perfection is not required.
I scroll through my pics and see some where I look 👀 good.. in my own opinion. Then some where I feel like my progress is lost. It’s a lot of ups & downs. Stuff that used to cause a meltdown 😩
honestly, my opinion of myself has evolved so much that now I’m just grateful to feel good & have my health, because a lot of people do not. No more diving into self loathing over self image. I learned how to deal in my monthly health groups. Like I learn a lot of stuff actually... but that’s another story 😉
As I invite you to start your own journey please know I’m not asking for perfection. I’m asking that you have an open mind and be willing to learn new things, to make changes that have a huge impact on yourself & your mindset.
Let’s work on what our opinions of ourselves are. Let’s shift the negative self talk into happier thoughts and having a sense of well being that is unshakable.
