This week, I'm working on reaching my goal of drinking more water and to NOT take an extra rest day this week 😅
👉🏼I have a water bottle that has water fill marks on it, so I know exactly how much I'm drinking. My water bottle holds 32 oz of water and my goal is to drink three water bottles full each day!! (Which is more than my recommended amount)
