The quote- "Succesful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do." Small simple and sometimes seemingly insignificant habits repeated daily add up to humongous beneficial outcomes.
Like reading a few pages of personal development, getting in 20 minutes of exercise each day, or drinking a superfood shake.
These things are simple to do, however they are also simple NOT to do.
Again- "Successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do". The best part about this? YOU are the only one who gets to decide if you are successful or unsuccessful.
You are where you are now because of the trillions of decisions you have made in your life up until this very moment.
