Part III of Operation Get Well involved my fave berry flavored greens blend and minerals + antioxidants drink (I love 1/2 scoop of greens to 1 scoop of Cherry M&A best.) And I know this is weird, but pickled things help my throat feel better! In my mind it's like the acidity of the vinegar cauterizes and heals the wounded coughing spots lol. Don't quote me on that, but I just dig it! (Thus the gherkins the other night!) These pickled Brussels sprouts are even better bc they're spicy!!! Love that healing spice kick!
