Adoro la colazione al bar, un cheeseburger, così come adoro la frutta, il salmone, le uova.
Allora quale scegliere??
Parliamo di Densità Calorica.👉
A sinistra cibi che in piccole quantità hanno un elevato introito calorico, facilmente ci faranno superare il nostro fabbisogno per essere sazi. A destra alimenti con un ottimo rapporto quantità/calorie, dunque sazietà, abbondanza, meno Kcal. Variare! Inserire qualcosa di “junk” per soddisfare le nostre voglie e assumere la maggior parte da buone fonti per la cura della nostra Salute.
Rinunciare non è necessario. Il Buon Senso è sufficiente. La Fiducia in noi stessi è Fondamentale. ✌🏼😀

Was supposed to post this yesterday but had a hectic day working so it's a little late!! 🤦‍♀️ Week 2 over....& 2 pounds & 10cm's down! Feel so much better for it. I take pictures every Monday & the difference between now & week 1 is incredible! Not ready to post any pics of my body yet but when I'm ready I can't wait to show how far I've come 😍

This week is going to be a challenge as it's my birthday on Saturday & have a few meals out planned! Saturday will 100% be a cheat day (& I can't wait!) but I'm working with @wolfpackfitness13 to make sure my birthday lunch with my friends on Thursday keep a me on plan!

🔥Trap bar deadlifts... it’s been a while. Why do I prefer to use the trap bar over straight bar for deadlifts? Partly because it works for so many muscle groups at the same time making it a very effective exercise choice for those lifters looking for maximum gain with little time. The trap bar works the glutes, the lower back, the quadriceps, the hamstrings, the trapezius, the abdominal muscles and the forearms. While this list is very similar to traditional deadlifts it should be noted that trap bars deadlifts will stress the quads, the glutes, and the hamstrings just a little bit more than the traditional deadlift. Also it’s hella fun 🤷🏻‍♀️
