Led by our Movement and Performance Specialist, @bimamshah, who is an experienced Occupational Therapist, a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, USPA Certified Powerlifting Coach
Practitioner, Certified Applied Functional Scientist, and corrective exercise practitioner, you’ll learn the traditional Olympic lifts – snatch and clean and jerk –, the deadlift, squat, and pressing movements, as well as supplemental exercises, warm-ups and preparatory techniques.

These sessions are designed to develop movement skills, optimize patterns, and develop and enhance weightlifting performance; you’ll learn to move correctly first, then develop strength and power. Your first session will consist of a consultation and movement analysis to establish movement capacities and ensure safety and successful long-term lifting.

So, whether you’re new to weightlifting or experienced, you can expect to refine, optimize, and enhance your performance!

🔹low pulley row to face is a great accessory movement to do on your chest days. 🔹to have a big bench you need strong triceps and upper back💪🏼
🔹 upper back work is very important. A week upper back when benching makes you struggle off your chest and also drift towards your face, witch can lead to pec tears and shoulder issues
🔹do 4-6 sets of 8-15 reps and feel the 🔥burn!!!

This is my favorite thing to eat right now. My gut health has taken so much off my menu and I feel deprived a lot of the time...especially when it comes to being able to have baked goods every now and then. This is my preworkout or sometimes my post workout meal. It is 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, one large banana mashed up, and 40g of oatmeal cooked up in a skillet. It tastes and smells like fresh banana bread. I don't feel quite so deprived after eating this. (This is about 556 calories and is perfect for my macros and calories. You CAN get rhabdo but NOT see dark colored urine! This is a fact I always bring up in classes I teach. This is an email I received this morning as proof of this fact.

I've been teaching about rhabdomyolysis for over 10 years- and as you may know, I'm the author of the first book ever on this topic.
.
In all that time, rhabdo has become popular topic in magazines, websites etc.
.
While I am glad to have the help educating people about this disorder, I must say, most put too much emphasis on dark colored urine. This is a mistake.
.
About 50% of the people with rhabdo do NOT have this symptom.
.
So do not use dark colored urine as a "litmus test" for rhabdo.
.
Because of this can be very serious, If you think you have Rhabdo go to the hospital. That is the best way to know for sure if you have it or not.
